The Hegla Tech processes glass at top speed and with maximum procession. All team members rotate breakout, seamer, and slotting positions for performance and ergonomics. In this role, you will work as a team to safely process glass while meeting our daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.

Position Description Uses technical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair plant production equipment. Performs duties associated with the setup of a variety of production equipment to produce quality products.

Managers are responsible and authorized to supervise all production department employees in case of emergency or contingency.

As a member of the Maintenance team, you will be responsible for repairs and preventative maintenance on Distribution Center equipment and the building. This role will Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to perform work (e.g., record work history, identify parts usage, identify warranties) in a timely and effective manner.

As a Yard Truck Driver, you will be operating a Yard Truck/ to transport trailers safely to designated locations, while adhering to all regulations (e.g., company, local, state and federal). As a City Driver, you will be operating a tractor trailer delivering trailer loads of merchandise to stores.

Performs a variety of warehouse duties related to shipping and receiving including packing, pulling/checking customer orders, replenishment, shipping, computer operation, scanning equipment, and material handling. Supports the incoming and outgoing of materials, including preparing and/or maintaining any required documents.

Perform production activities as outlined in company policies and work instructions. Conduct quality inspections on parts and equipment inspections. Follow 3C 5S on the production floor.
